That any appropriate writ/order or direction may kindly be issued and the impugned act of the respondents vide which they have prepared the papers for superannuating the petitioner with effect 31-10-2019 may kindly be quashed and set aside after summoning the said papers from the respondents a petitioner could not lay his hands on the same despite efforts. ii) That any appropriate writ/ order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to continue serving as such up-till attainment the age of 60 years with all consequential benefits.” 2.
