Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of electrocution, Piyariya Bai (wife of petitioner) has expired on 28.06.2022, as such, the petitioner has claimed the compensation, 2 however, till date neither compensation has been granted nor claim of petitioner has been considered and decided, hence, this petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned respondent- authority to consider the claim of petitioner and pass/grant appropriate compensation to him, within an stipulated time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that concerned respondent/authority shall consider and decide the claim application of the petitioner within 60 days. 3.
