The present interlocutory application has been instituted praying for impleading the present incumbent in the office of the Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Elementary Education, Department and the Director, Elementary Education, Assam as party respondents in the connected contempt petition being Cont. Case (C) No. 795/2015. Page No.# 3/3 This Court has perused the contention raised in the interlocutory application and finds that the officials now sought to be impleaded are the authorities who would now be required to comply with the directions passed by this Court, violation of which is alleged in the connected contempt petition. In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to implead the following officials as respondent Nos. 7 and 8 in the connected contempt case: “i.
