This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Rahul Tanti @ Rittick Tanti has prayed for regular bail in connection with Tinsukia P.S. Case No.418/2025. 3. Mr. Sharma has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge sheet being C.S. No.05/2026 dated 21.01.2026. 4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application is closed and disposed of.
