Siva Nagarjuna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities and Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development. 2. In compliance of the Order of this Court dated 23.04.2026, the Commissioner, Bhimavaram Municipality, has submitted the written instructions dated 23.04.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. This Court has taken note of the contents of the Written Instructions, particularly Para Nos.2 and 4, which indicate that, vide Proceedings dated 22.04.2026, the Unofficial Respondents were asked to stop the construction. The Unofficial Respondent No.6 has submitted a Representation on 23.04.2026 stating that he had no knowledge that permission was required for construction of the shed. It is also stated in the Written Instructions that the Unofficial Respondent has now applied for permission, and the same is pending before the Competent Authority. 3 4. Insofar as the Application submitted by the Unofficial Respondent No.6 seeking permission is concerned, the Official Respondents are at liberty to consider the Application in accordance with law and pass a Speaking Order. 5. The Respondents are directed to issue Notice to the Petitioner and consider the objections of the Petitioner before passing the final Order. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7. In the above premise, Order of Status-quo shall be maintained till the passing of the final Speaking Orders by the Official Respondents in accordance with law and communicated to the Writ Petitioner. 8.
