The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief(s):- “It is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash FIR/ Crime No. 80/2025 dated 10/12/2025 registered at PS Mahila Thana, Durg, District Durg, CG against the present petitioner for offence under section 85 read with section 3(5) of BNS which is a gross abuse of process of law, illegal and against the provision of law and thus, may kindly be quashed in the interest of justice. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading the remaining co-accused, inasmuch as the FIR has been registered against five persons, whereas the instant petition has been filed only on behalf of two accused. 4. Learned State counsel raises no objection to the aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for reserved in favour of the petitioners. 3 6.
