That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ to set aside the impugned F.I.R bearing no. 0294/2025 dated 05/08/2025 registered at P.S-Jagdalpur, Distt. Bastar u/ss. 296, 3(5), 351(2) of BNS against present petitioners, being apparently bad in law, and as such liable to be set aside by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice. (ii). That, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give such other relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner and the same needs to be challenged further. 4.
