Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 383 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Giridih.
2. The counter-affidavit, filed by the opposite party during the court proceeding, is taken on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 18.05.2025 having no criminal antecedent. The charge has already been framed.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he killed his wife by slitting her neck.
5. To this, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that 3 charge-sheet witnesses, out of 9, have already been examined.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected.
7. However, there can be no reason for non-production of the remaining witnesses and also FSL Report.

8. The State is directed to ensure prompt production of the witnesses during trial and also to produce the FSL report before the concerned court.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the FSL, Ranchi, Director, Prosecution as well as Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to ensure compliance.
10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned through ‘e-mail/FAX’.
