At the outset he submits that though the interim order has been challenged, he is requesting this Court to direct the concerned authorities to decide his representation as petitioner is suffering from cancer. 2) We have gone through the order impugned. By way of the impugned order, the interim relief was refused to the petitioner. It is necessary to mention here that hundreds of government servants were transferred by the transfer order. The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal considering the seriousness of the matter has already issued a notice for final disposal. 3) As the issue pertains to the transfer, we request the Tribunal to decide the O.A. expeditiously. 4) Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
