Dubey, AC to AG …...... 02 /12.05.2026: In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “(i) for a direction to respondent no. 2-the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribag to dispose Miscellaneous Case No. 199 of 2024 which has been filed by the petitioner in the Court of Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribag praying therein to delist his land situated at Mauza Sirsi, thana and Circle Katkamdag, Khata No. 251, Plot No. 844 area 36.40 acre, from prohibited list, with a reasoned order within stipulated time.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as his Miscellaneous Case No. 199 of 2024 is already pending before the respondents, suffice it would be, if a direction is given to the respondent no. 2-the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribag to consider the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the Miscellaneous Case. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not oppose his submission. 4.
