Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7580-DB WP No. 3930 of 2026 3. The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate directions be issued to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 14.06.2023. 4. The petitioner claims that he had filed an application dated 14.06.2023 for issuance of quarrying licence for ordinary building stone in respect of an area measuring 5 acres falling in Sy.No.368 of Kothanur village, Gundlupet Taluk, Chamarajanagar District. The petitioner also claims that he had paid the necessary fee along with his application. 5. The petitioner is essentially aggrieved on account of respondents-authorities in not taking any steps for considering his application. 6. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the petitioner's application, which was filed in the name of his sole proprietorship concern, is under consideration and an appropriate decision would be taken within a period of twelve weeks from date.
