Mr.Sathish Kumar, representing Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned Counsel on record for the petitioners in all the petitions and Mr.P.Vijay, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3, are before this Court. 3. Heard both sides. 4. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. 5.
