The present modification has been preferred for: “for extending the period of furnishing bail bond as petitioner could not furnish bail bond in time due to his poor health in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 319/2023 pending in the court of Exclusive Special Judge-II (Excise Act) Darbhanga.” 3. In this case, the Cr. Misc. No. 70776 of 2025 was allowed on 14.10.2025 and now, the present modification petition. 4. The supplementary affidavit has come and it has been recorded that the petitioner was not in jail between Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10665 of 2026(3) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 14.10.2025 till 06.02.2026. 5. In that background, the present modification petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. 6.
