The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.359 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 85, 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the husband of the informant. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry. He then submits that the allegations are also made that the petitioner went abroad for doing his job and on returning from abroad, he did not keep any contact with the informant. He next submits that on the vague allegation, the entire family members have been made accused. 4. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
