Dubey, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to avail the remedy of filing an Appeal under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 (for short, “the Act of 2002”) and therefore would like to withdraw the instant writ petition without prejudice to filing such Appeal. The learned counsel further submitted that the period from the date of filing of the instant writ petition till date be excluded while computing the period of limitation. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition Page No.# 3/3 stands closed on withdrawal. 3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an Appeal under Section 42 of the Act of 2002, if so permissible under law. Further to that, the period from the date of filing of the writ petition i.e., 31.10.2025 till date shall be excluded while computing the period of limitation for filing the appeal.
