Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23rd August, 2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bishnupur, Bankura. 2. During the course of submission learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the learned Sessions Court. 3. Learned counsel also submits that some directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the revision petition. 4. Liberty is granted. 5. All contentions are left open. 6. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be in expression on the merits of the case. 8. Learned revisional court further directs to dispose of the case expeditiously in accordance with law after giving opportunities to the opposite party of being heard in accordance with law. 9.
