For Petitioner(s): T.P.Sekar ORDER Before the trial Court, the respondent/wife has not filed any objection with regard to visitation right sought for by the revision petitioner/father of the child. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court has granted visitation of the child on 2nd Saturday of every month from 11 a.m to 4 p.m and has also directed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis T.V.THAMILSELVI.,J sr to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month for the expenses of the child. The said order is under challenge by the wife by preferring the above revision stating that the order passed by the trial court is erroneous. 2. The fact that before the trial court, the father of the child has filed an application in I.A.No.2 of 2025 seeking visitation rights, for which, the revision petitioner/wife has not filed any objection. The child is aged about 7 years. The father is also entitled to be with the child. The trial court has granted visitation right and also directed the father to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per month for the expenses of the child, which requires no interference. 3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
