The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge- sheet has been submitted vide Charge-sheet No. 105/2026, dated 28.07.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would approach the learned trial court to pray for appropriate relief and this bail petition need not be pursued further. Accordingly, this bail petition is closed, allowing the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the learned trial court as prayed for. This bail application stands disposed of.
