Heard Shri Om Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. In view of the proposed order to be passed, notice to respondent no.3 is dispensed with. 3. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned society renewable dated 18.04.2026 by renewable no. R/FAT/01292/2026-2027 Jamia Islamia Madintul Ulum, Village & Post Sangaon, District Fatehpur as well as approval list of Committee of Management 2026-2027 of Jamia Islamia Madintul Ulum, Village & Post Sangaon, District Fatehpur issued / approved by respondent no. 2 i.e. Assistant Registrar Firm Societies & Chits Prayagraj issued in favour of the respondent no. 3. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding & directing to the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide objection dated 29.07.2026 till then restraining to the respondent no. 3 for function pertaining to Committee of Management Jamia Islamia Madintul Ulum, Village & Post Sangaon, District Fatehpur. (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case." The learned Standing Counsel submits that the objection of the petitioner dated 29.07.2026, filed before Respondent No.2- Assistant Registrar Firm Societies & Chits, shall be decided, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid, no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the present writ petition pending; and accordingly, by the consent of the parties the same is being decided at the admission stage, with the direction upon Respondent No. 2- Assistant Registrar Firm Societies & Chits, to consider the objection of the petitioner dated 29.07.2026 and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 Months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
