By way of this application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner Pinku Barbhuiya is praying for grant of pre-arrest bail, who is apprehending arrest in Page No.# 2/2 connection with the Badarpur P.S. Case No. 57/2026, registered under Sections 319(2)/77/308/351(2)/356(2)/79 of the BNS, 2023, corresponding to GR Case No. 362/2026. It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P, Assam that charge-sheet has been submitted in the aforesaid Badarpur P.S. Case No. 57/2026, vide Charge Sheet No. 19/2026, dated 30.06.2026. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sribhumi within 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
