Duwara, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.J. Dutta, learned counsel appearing in behalf of Mr. B.P. Bora, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3, Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Mr. M. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4. It appears that on the last occasion i.e. 10.08.2026, upon Mr. B.P. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submitting that unintentionally there was a deduction, however the same has been resorted back into the account of the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who was accommodate to obtain instructions from the applicant as whether the unintentional deduction has been resorted back to the account of the petitioner or not, today when the matter is called, Ms. U. Duwara, learned counsel submits that the said deduction has already restored back in the account of the writ petitioner.
