The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 2353 of 2025 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126, 140(4), 62, 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have outraged the modesty of the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) Patna High Court CR. MISC.
