HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 40201 of 2026 Court No. - 29 HON'BLE SIDDHARTHA VARMA, J.
HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J.
1. It appears that after the Arbitrator passed an award, the matter was agitated before the Additional District & Session, Etawah, by way of an objection under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Thereafter, when the order was passed on 30.5.2026 under Section 34 of the Act, 1996, setting aside the award of the Arbitrator, what further proceedings have taken place is not clear from the record. It appears that a fresh award will have to be passed by the Arbitrator but the learned Counsel for the petitioner is unable to shed any light on further action undertaken.
2. The writ petition appears to be premature and is, accordingly, dismissed as premature at this stage.
