Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are aggrieved with the wrong fixation of their seniority, against which they have already submitted representation on 26.09.2025, which till date is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel though submitted that he will file reply to the writ petition, however, considering the nature of grievance raised and that the representation submitted by petitioners is pending consideration, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation of petitioners dated 26.09.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 4.
