This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 filed by the Page No.# 2/2 accused/ applicant in apprehension of arrest in connection with Barpeta P.S. A report was called for from the Barpeta P.S. as to whether any case has been filed against the accused/ applicant. A report has been received by the learned APP which reveals that no case has been filed against the accused/ applicant. In view of the aforesaid, the instant AB application is dismissed.
