The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.26 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 310(2) & 311 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in judicial custody since 16.10.2025. Similarly, situated several co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the 2026:JHHC:15289 2 petitioner. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Simdega, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
