2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail to the accused applicant in connection with Boko P.S. Case No.175/2026, under Sections 61(2)(a)/318(4)/336(3)/338 of the BNS, read with

3. The learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the allegation against the accused-applicant is that he is involved in an offence relating to cybercrime. Learned counsel further submits that the accused applicant was arrested on 20.06.2026 and has remained in custody for 62 days. Therefore, taking into account his long detention, he should be granted bail.
4. Case Diary in the instant case has been produced and the same is perused.
5. Taking into account the materials available in the Case Diary and his long detention, it is directed that the accused-applicant shall be released forthwith on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one suitable surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Boko, subject to the following conditions: i. that the accused applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and make himself available as and when called for by the Investigating Officer; and ii. that the accused applicant shall not try to tamper or hamper with the investigation in any manner, whatsoever.
6. In terms of the aforesaid, the instant bail application stands disposed of.
