Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicants in connection with Bazaricherra P.S. Case No.32/2026 (corresponding to GR Case No.482/2026), registered under Sections 118(2)/109(2)/296/74/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Sharma, learned Addl. P.P., submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No. 44/2026 dated 08.07.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the accused applicants submits that liberty may be granted to the accused-applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court. 5. Taking into account the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with a direction to the accused applicants to appear before the jurisdictional Court within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today. Till then, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the accused applicants vide order dated 19.06.2026 shall remain extended. 6. In view of the above, the instant application stands disposed of.
