Heard the parties.

This Contempt Petition has been preferred by the petitioner against non-compliance of order dated 15.10.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.2493 of 2023.

Mr. Krishna Murari, learned counsel representing the opposite party – Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC), submits that the reasoned order has already been passed and a copy of the same has been handed over to the petitioner’s counsel.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner accepts that the reasoned order has been passed, however he submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order and wants to challenge the same.

Considering the fact that reasoned order has been passed, no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dropped.

However, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order, before the appropriate Authority.
