Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to demarcate the land bearing Survey No. 292 measuring areas 0.6385 hectares situated at Calicut village, under Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, District of South Andaman.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite representation dated 03.09.2025 pending, the concerned officer has not conducted the demarcation.
Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1 and 2 and states that the office of the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram has already issued notice dated 30.10.2025 and the proceeding for demarcation are already in progress.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate direction, is given to the Tehsildar to conduct the demarcation in a time bound manner. Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram (opposite party No.2) is
directed to conduct the demarcation as prayed for in application dated 03.09.2025, filed online, on or before six weeks.

Copy of the order be sent to the office of the Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil for necessary compliance. The writ petition stands disposed of.
