The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that they will conclude the departmental proceedings before the end of April 2025 and the request for posting the petitioner to non-sensitive post would be considered in the meanwhile. 4. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsels this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
