Deka, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent. By way of this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the applicant, i.e., Asisuddin Ahmed has prayed for grant of pre- arrest bail in connection with Hatigaon P.S. Case No. 65/2026, Page No.# 2/2 registered under Sections 318(4)/303(2) of BNS, 2023. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits, in the meantime, the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has already been laid vide Charge-Sheet No. 126/2026 dtd. 30.07.2026. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the present anticipatory bail application stands closed. However, the applicant is granted liberty to appear before the learned jurisdictional Chief Judicial Magistrate within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. In the event such an application is filed, the learned jurisdictional court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. The interim order dated 07.07.2026 shall continue for the next 10 (ten) days from the date of this order or till the appearance of the applicant before the learned jurisdictional Court, whichever is earlier.
