Mishra, learned counsel for the accused applicant. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Doboka P.S. Case No.44/2026, registered under Sections 69/74 of the BNS, 2023. 3. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 27.05.2026, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant. Learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that, in terms of the aforesaid direction, the accused applicant has already appeared before the I.O. of the case, and his statement has been recorded. 4. Mr. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No. 44/2026 dated 11.06.2026. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that liberty may be granted to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of with liberty to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court, if so advised. 7.
