By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- “10. Relief Sought. 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the instant matter. 10.2 This Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or suitable direction to the respondent no. 04 to quash the decision with regard to disconnection of the electricity and water supply of the members of the petitioner society and to restrain the discontinuation of the electricity and water supply of the members of the petitioner society. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 03 to protect the interest of the members of the petitioner society. 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 02 to take action against the respondent no. 04 upon the complaints made by the petitioner society. 3 10.5 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to impose the cost on the respondent no. 05 for harassing the members of the petitioner society and also be kindly be pleased to award the appropriate compensation to the petitioner society. 10.6 Any other relief as the Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper. 2.7 The cost of the petition may kindly be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that registration of respondent No.4/Ralas Enclave Residential Welfare Society has already been cancelled, therefore, he cannot interfere with the affairs of the Society, as such, an order has been passed by the Registrar, Firm and Society in this respect, hence, respondent No.4 cannot cannot interfere with the affairs of the Society, as such, a necessary direction be issued to the concerned Authority. 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 7 submit that though the registration of respondent No.4 has been cancelled, however, respondent Nos.4 to 7 are the residents of the Society, as such, they are having the power to be looked for day to day affairs of the Society. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the writ petition including the available material/documents. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of dispute/reliefs, submissions of counsel for the parties, particularly the fact that since registration of respondent No.4 has already been cancelled, as such, at present respondent No.4 is not having any locus to interfere with the affairs of the Society, therefore, the instant 4 petition stands disposed of with a direction that if respondent No.4 is willing to get his Society registered, he may do so in accordance with law before the concerned Authority.
