The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rikhiya P.S. Case No.29 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109(1), 140(1), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 117(2), 118(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are agnates and the altercation took place due to land dispute. She further submits that even the injury is said to be simple. On these grounds, she submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Considering that the petitioner and informant are agnates and the altercation took place due to land dispute and the injury is said to be simple, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Rikhiya P.S.
