Mr. Sumit Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the present execution petition, Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001, has passed an office order dated 11.06.2026, thereby allowing the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per the Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to the final outcome of LPA and the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 principals of the concerned schools, where the petitioners are working, have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis. 3. In view of the above nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in CWP No.12483 of 2025, titled, Archana Sood & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., decided on 05.08.2025, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
