JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 07/04/2026 The Special Appeal (Writ) is disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by learned counsels for the respective parties:- (1) The order dated 04.08.2021 passed by learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10857/2019 as also the award dated 15.11.2018 passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal and Labour [2026:RJ-JP:14403-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-927/2021] Court, Alwar in LCR. 579/2006 (Old No. 331/01) are modified in terms that the respondents shall pay to the appellant-workman compensation to be computed in terms of order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 29.01.2025 in the case of Amit Kumar Dubey vs. M.P.P.K.V.V. Co. Ltd. & Anr.: MANU/SCOR/86933/2025 counting his length of service from 14.01.1996 to 01.06.1998. (2) Compliance shall be made within a period of three months from today failing which the compensation amount shall carry interest @ 8% per annum after expiry of the period of three months and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear interest component.
