2. This is an application for restoration of WP(C)No.1766/2021 which was dismissed for default by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court vide the
order dated on 10.02.2026.
3. This Court has duly taken note of the reasons which have been assigned in the instant application and is satisfied that the petitioner had a good cause in not appearing before the Court on 10.02.2026 and accordingly this Court restores the connected writ petition being WP(C)No.1766/2021 to the file of this Court.
4. This miscellaneous application, accordingly, stands allowed.
