The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party No.2 alleging wilful violation of the order dated 23rd July, 2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4093 of 2024. 2. In view of the show cause affidavit dated 15th May, 2026 filed on behalf of the Opposite Parties, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application seeking liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law for redressal of their subsisting grievances. 2026:JHHC:15066 2 3.
