---- 02/05.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the Informant.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khunti (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Section 376(DA)/323/341/504/506 of the I.P.C., and under section 4 POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned D.A.S.J 1st-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Khunti.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., and the name of the petitioner has come only on the basis of the confessional statement. Even the name of the petitioner has not been taken up by the victim in para no. 25 of the case diary. She has only stated that the accused was of the house of one Jogi.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that in para no. 25 of the case diary, victim has stated that one person from the house of Jogi was present.
5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that allegations are made upon Rajesh Manjhi and Sanjay Gosai, of establishing relationship forcefully with the victim. Even in para no. 25 of the case diary, the name of the petitioner has not been taken and only it is stated that one person from the house of one Jogi was present and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned, D.A.S.J 1st-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Khunti with subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
