The present application has been preferred assailing the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocity) Act, Deoria in Misc. Application No.166 of 2026, (Neeraj Devi Vs. Praveen Kumar and others), under Section 173(4) of BNSS, P.S. Salempur, District Deoria. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the instant application and submitted that applicant is having an alternative remedy to challenge the order impugned by way of preferring revision. 4. Learned counsel for applicant has not disputed the argument raised by learned AGA. 5. In view thereof, the present application stands disposed of with the aforesaid alternative remedy. 6. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copies of order/documents appended with this application to learned counsel for applicants forthwith after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
