Case No. 195/2026, registered under Sections 127(2)/74/75 of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that the charge-sheet has been submitted vide Charge- Sheet No. 193/2026 dtd. 30.07.2026 in connection with Samaguri P.S. Case No. 195/2026. Accordingly, in view of the above, the present bail application stands closed, granting liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the jurisdictional court and seek regular bail, if so advised.
