Heard Sri Kolluru Giridhar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.
2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the Writ Petitioner to file a Suit for damages.
3. Having considered the request of the Writ Petitioner and also the facts in the present case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the request of the Writ Petitioner.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Writ Petitioner to avail all remedies as available to it under law. No order as to costs.
