He has placed on record the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the respondents, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 26.12.2025, demanding the stamp duty and registration fee for the subject property. 3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved by the petitioner. 4. After recording the fact that by order dated 17.04.2026, the respondents have determined the stamp duty and registration fees payable by the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
