THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA
WRIT PETITION NO: 28108 OF 2015 ORDER:
No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in issuing impugned letter dated 20.08.2015 by the respondent No.2 in favour of respondent No.3 for the work of outsourcing of CSC on contract basis for operation and maintenance by duly providing man power for the period 01.09.2015 to 31.03.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the proposed tender/contract is only for the period from 01.09.2015 to 31.03.2016 and said period was already elapsed long back. Hence, cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and requested to close the writ petition. 4. Since the period of tender/contract is completed by 31.03.2016 itself, no cause survives for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________________
