Admittedly, from the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that the Civil Suit is pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 for the land in question, which is the subject matter of this writ petition. 3. Grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of pendency of Original Suit No. 22 of 2024 before the Senior Division Civil Judge-1, Sahibganj, respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land. It is also the grievance that the Deputy Commissioner, Sahebganj has directed demarcation of the land in question. 4. Since, the suit is already pending between the parties, if the petitioner wants any injunction, she should approach the Court by filing an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2. Further, if the boundary of the suit property is disputed, it will be open to the Civil Court to pass an appropriate order. 5. If complying the order of the Deputy Commissioner any measurement has been done, that will not prejudice the Senior Division Civil Judge-1, Sahibganj while deciding the suit. 6.
