The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.41 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that some miscreants have cut the electricity line of one shop and pursuant to that scuffle took place and the allegations are there of assault. He further submits that so far allegation of assault is concerned that is against Ayen Qureshi and Aman @ Ghulam Gaus. 2026:JHHC:14888 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2539 of 2026 He then submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Looking into the contents of FIR it transpires that allegation of assault is there against Ayen Qureshi and Aman @ Ghulam Gaus and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S.
