By this application, the non-applicant No.1/cross- objector/claimant is seeking direction to the applicant /acquiring body to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation in pursuance of the judgment and order dated 08/09/2025 passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant / claimant made a statement that, applicant/acquiring body has already deposited the entire amount of enhanced compensation. 4. By the present application, the non-applicant/cross- objector/claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the enhanced compensation amount of Rs. 3,41,911/- along with accrued interest. 2. Since the First Appeal No. 368 of 2010 was disposed of by this Court on 08/09/2025 and, pursuant to the settlement arrived between the parties, the applicant / acquiring body has deposited the entire enhanced compensation amount to the tune of Rs. 3,41,911/- along with accrued interest. 3. In view of the aforesaid deposit, the non-applicant / cross-objector/complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation of Rs. 3,41,911/- along with accrued interest. 4.
