THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13286 WP No. 2556 of 2022 ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER Wherefore the petitioners pray that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to :- a) To issue writ of Certiorari or any other writ, direction or order quashing the order dated 31.12.2021 under Annexure-A. b) To issue writ of certiorari to quash the further proceeding of TRC no. 1380/2017 in OA no. 1420/2012. This writ petition is filed in the year 2022. An interim order was granted on 25.02.2022, subject to the petitioner paying 30% of the amount due, failing which not only interim order stands rescinded but the writ petition runs the risk of being rejected on that ground alone. When the matter came up on 09.01.2026, this Court had observed that the petitioners had an interim order dated 25.02.2022. So far, the petitioners have not complied with the office objections and also observed - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13286 WP No. 2556 of 2022 that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'dismissal'. 3. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. SD/- (LALITHA KANNEGANTI) JUDGE MEG List No.: 2 Sl No.: 1
