Heard Mr. Shende, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. The petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 20.06.2026 by the respondent No.2 – Grievance Redressal Committee, Amravati. 4. I have perused the order. The said order, after hearing the parties, closes the matter for final Prity 2 / 2 4.wp6751.2026 orders. However, thereafter. it has been noted that the spot inspection needs to be done on 15.08.2026. 5. Mr. Shende, on instructions, makes a statement that the said spot inspection has, in fact, already been done. He, therefore, confines the present petition to prayer clause (B), which is in turn to direct the said respondent No.2 to decide and pass an order in the Complaint Case No.04/2026. 6. In that view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 - Grievance Redressal Committee, Amravati. to decide the Complaint Case No.04/2026, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not decided earlier.
